What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, together with the type of stay you select. When you make a booking we also collect the details needed to complete it, such as your dates, the number of guests, and payment information handled by our payment provider.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, manage your booking, provide guest support during your stay, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business: our booking and payment processors, our email provider, and the cleaning and maintenance teams who need access details for the property you have booked. Each of these is bound to use the data only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twenty four months. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we will respond within thirty days.
